Surrey, borough by borough
Surrey is divided into 11 boroughs and districts, each with its own council for services such as planning, bins and licensing, under Surrey County Council. 6 of them have a town directory in this network so far.
That map is changing. On 28 October 2025 the government confirmed that the county council and all 11 borough and district councils will be replaced by two new councils, West Surrey and East Surrey, which take over on 1 April 2027. The lists below are grouped the way the new councils will be.
